As part of our process, we test usability concept models, scenarios and prototypes before moving to the development phase.
We manage expectations and facilitate communication with decision makers and key players. We track our progress to ensure we adhere to specific milestones, timelines and cost for each deliverable. We are able to offer flat rate fee for services so you can plan ahead.
We know how important it is to demonstrate results. We can help gather information and calculate an initial Return-On-Investment (ROI) to support your project and justify spending. As part of the design and project planning process, we help you determine deliverables and then build in progress tracking measurements for ROI Analysis to monitor the project on an on-going basis. After implementation, our team conducts an ROI Analysis and prepares a detailed Case Study to provide additional documentation.
